Overage Protection – Receive overage alerts by text message (and e-mail) before they go over their minutes (saving them up to .50 a minute).

Underage Protection – Your customers could be going way under their minutes each month. Our management systems will recognize this trend during the optimization process and advise your to lower your rate plan. (Switching to a lower plan could save your customer or prospect an average of $20 a month).

Daily Monitoring – Our systems will check your customers account daily, and alert them to any possible problems, like overage. No more wasting time to check their minutes anymore…we’ve got them covered.

Daily Reports – Usage updates are sent by e-mail daily (optional) to keep them aware of all account activity. Your business is also presented on the bottom of every email alert with your customized 150 character marketing message.

On going Management – Your customer's usage is stored in a private and secure database and reviewed on a quarterly basis for complete rate plan optimization. (Only their total minutes used are analyzed on a monthly basis. No individual calls can be determined by our automated systems, and their account activity is held completely private on account of client privilege set forth in our (Privacy Policy).

Rate Plan Optimization – Upon quarterly analysis, customers may receive a rate plan optimization based on their actual usage.
